## Discrepancy

APPEARS A FOREIGN OBJECT WAS INSERTED INTO THE INLET END OF THE FUEL NOZZLE CONTACTING THE CRUSTING FILTER ASSY.  NO FOREIGN OBJECTS SHOULD EVER BE INSERTED INTO INLET END.
