EIGHT PERCENT DROOP OCCURRED WHEN GOING FROM RIGHT PEDAL TO LEFT PEDAL IN-FLIGHT.  REPLACED WITH ZERO TIME FADEC ASSY. (ECU) SUPPLIED BY CHANDLER EVANS.  DEFECTIVE UNIT RETURNED TO MANUFACTURER.
