## Discrepancy

VALVE WAS STUCK IN OPEN POSITION. THIS WOULD NOT ALLOW A HEAD PRESSURE ONTO THE RESERVOIR. THE RESULT WAS A CAVITATING PUMP. REPLACED VALVE AND DID A TEST FLIGHT. ALL SYSTEMS WORKED NORMALLY. PRESSURE HELD IN RESERVOIR OVERNIGHT.
