## Discrepancy

F/A REPORTED FUEL LEAKAGE FROM RT WING.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO CUN.  FOUND LOWER ACCESS PANEL ON RT WING LEAKING.  RESECURED AND TORQUED HARDWARE IAW MM 28-11-21.
