## Discrepancy

DURING AN ANNUAL INSPECTION OF THE MAIN ROTOR, ALL PIVOT BEARINGS WERE FOUND WORN BEYOND LIMITS AND ONE FAR ENOUGH TO WEAR INTO AND SCRAPPING ONE OF THE PIVOT PINS.  REPLACED AFFECTED PARTS.
