PUMP INSTALLED 4-6-97 WITH NEW FUEL CELL.  OVERHAULED 1-15-97, 272.8 HRS SINCE INSTALLED.  SERVICE LIFE SHORT.  DON'T KNOW WHY PUMP IS INOPERABLE.
