ARTIFICIAL HORIZ CAUSES CSAS PITCH ACTUATOR TO FLUCTUATE.  SIGNAL OUT OF PINS, X AND Y ARE TOO NOISY SIMULATING PITCH UP OR DOWN.  REMOVED AND REPLACED.
