## Discrepancy

VALVE PLUNGER REJECTED, NEW OUT-OF-BOX.  FLAW IN SEAL AREA THAT COULD CAUSE HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKAGE.  REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
