## Discrepancy

INSTALLED TIRE ON WHEEL, NOTICED MINIMUM CLEARANCE ON SIDEWALL TIRE HAS TWO GROOVES CUT IN IT BY THE BRAKES.  SUBMITTER STATED TIRE IS A DIFFERENT SHAPE THAN A GOODYEAR TIRE.
