## Discrepancy

ON PRE-FLIGHT, PILOT NOTICED LEFT ENGINE FIRE DETECTION WOULD NOT TEST.  TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM AND FOUND OPEN CIRCUIT IN ACCY GEARBOX AREA SENSING ELEMENT.  INSTALLED NEW ELEMENT AND SYSTEM TEST NORMAL.
