## Discrepancy

DURING A TAKEOFF ATTEMPT, ENTIRE TREAD CAP ON RT NOSE WHEEL SEPARATED FROM TIRE. TAKEOFF ABORTED.  TIRE FOUND TO STILL BE INFLATED AND CORD BIAS VISIBLE.  NDT DONE ON WHEEL HALVES.  NO DEFECTS.  NEW TIRE INSTALLED.
