## Discrepancy

DURING THE COURSE OF AN ANNUAL INSPECTION, ALL BOTTOM PLUGS WERE FOUND TO HAVE CENTER ELECTRODE FAILURE.  ALL CENTER ELECTRODES WERE FOUND WEAKENED AT THE CERAMIC AND BENT OVER TOWARD THE GROUND.  SUBMITTER STATED CAUSE IS UNDETERMINED.
