## Discrepancy

DURING FLIGHT, PILOT LOST THE ABILITY TO CONTROL RIGHT ENGINE THROTTLE.  THROTTLE CABLE WAS INTERNALLY BROKEN, INNER CABLE HAD CHAFED ON OUTER HOUSING AT ENGINE END OF CABLE.
