## Discrepancy

ANTI-SKID SYSTEM INOPERABLE WHICH ALLOWED THE LT WHEEL TO LOCK-UP ON LANDING.  AIRCRAFT SKIDDED THROUGH THE TIRE WHICH WENT FLAT.  TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED LT WHEEL SPEED TRANSDUCER INOPERABLE.  REPLACING TRANSDUCER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AT WHEEL SKID.
