## Discrepancy

LEFT MAG FAILED.  RIGHT ENGINE FAILED AT LIFT-OFF.  LEFT MAG REMOVED AND DISASSEMBLED.  FOUND DISTRIBUTOR BLOCK BUSHING LOOSE IN BLOCK P/N 10-391586.  REPLACED BLOCK AND GEAR OPS CHECK OK.
