## Discrepancy

FUEL CELL SENT FOR REPAIR.  RECEIVED FUEL CELL AND INSTALLED.  IT STILL LEAKED.  AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING FOR OVER ONE WEEK, FOUND TO BE SAME CELL.  REMOVED TANK AND SENT BACK FOR RE-REPAIR.
