## Discrepancy

VALVE STEM REINFORCEMENT PATCH DELAMINATED THE FIRST TIME THE ASSEMBLY WAS AIRED UP AFTER REPLACING THE TUBE.  VISUAL INSPECTION REVEALED POOR MANUFACTURING.
