VALVE, FLOW CONTROL HAS LOW OUTPUT.  PROBLEM FOLLOWED UNIT WHILE SWAPPING FROM SIDE-TO-SIDE.  REPLACED IWTH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
