FUEL LEAK ON INLET SIDE OF REGULATOR BODY.  SUBMITTER STATED THIS WAS ONE OF THREE REGULATORS INSTALLED IN A TWO-WEEK PERIOD THAT FAILED.  MFG DATE 7-98.  REMOVED 11-10-98.
