FURTHER INSPECTION REVEALED THE FOUR SCREWS HOLDING THE THROTTLE BODY ASSY WERE LOOSE. ONE OF THE FOUR TAB STYLE LOCK WASHERS (WHICH RETAIN THE SCREWS) WAS CRACKED AND HAD SPREAD IN THE SHAPE OF A 'C'.
