## Discrepancy

PILOT HAD DIFFICULTY DURING TAXI, RT WHEEL BINDING.  MAINTENANCE FOUND BRAKE DISC CONTACTING LOWER BARREL OF STRUT.  FOUND AXLE CRACKED UPON TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL.
