## Discrepancy

THE FUEL SHUT-OFF VALVE BECAME SLOW TO OPERATE.  CREW STATED IT WAS RELATED TO TEMPERATURE (VALVE IS INTERNAL IN LOWER FUSELAGE FUEL TANK).  REASON IS UNKNOWN.
