## Discrepancy

OIL COOLER INSPECTION FOUND A CRACK FORMED AT THE BASE OF THE FRONT INBOARD STIFFENER, IN WELD AREA. CRACK HAD PENETRATED THE WELD.  SUSPECT CAUSE, BAD WELD.
