## Discrepancy

ON APPROACH, 'A' SYSTEM HYDRAULIC QUANTITY WENT TO ZERO.  HOWEVER, PRESSURE ON 'A' SYSTEM REMAINED GOOD.  CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED IN PHL WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE FOUND A LEAK IN THE ELEVATOR PCU FILTER HOUSING.    REPLACED FILTER HOUSING, OPERATIONAL CHECK OK.
