ON TAKEOFF APROXIMATELY AT ROTATION SPEED, THE RIGHT ENGINE COMPRESSOR STALLED, EGT AND EPR INDICATIONS FLUCTUATED, AND A BURNING RUBBER SMELL WAS REPORTED IN THE CABIN.
