DURING INSPECTION, FOUND RIGHT WING INBOARD AFT FLAP INBOARD ECCENTRIC, LOCK TAB WASHER AND NUT MISSING.  REPLACED INBOARD CARRIAGE ECCENTRIC, LOCK TAB WASHER AND NUT ON RIGHT WING INBOARD AFT FLAP IAW 27-51-2.  OPS CHECK OK.  (M)
