DURING APPROACH, THE NR 4 LEADING EDGE FLAP WOULD NOT EXTEND ACCORDING TO F/C ANNUNCIATOR.  REPLACED LEADING EDGE FLAP SWITCH TO THE NR 4 POSITION PER 27-82-01, GROUND OPS CHECKED GOOD.  (M)
