CVR WAS SENT OUT FOR A READ-OUT AND RE-CERTIFICATION.  ALLIED SIGNAL INFORMED THAT THE TAPE DID NOT RECORD, THEY SAID THAT THIS PART NUMBERED CVR IS KNOWN TO FAIL.
