## Discrepancy

LEFT ENGINE VACUUM PUMP EXHIBITED LOW PRESSURE INDICATION.  REMOVED PUMP.  FOUND SHAFT HARD TO ROTATE.  IT DID NOT SHEAR AS EXPECTED.  REPLACED PUMP.
