MENTIONED GEARS HAD ALL TEETH WORN OFF. THIS ALLOWED METAL FITTINGS TO CONTAMINATE ENGINE NECESSATATING ENGINE REMOVAL. CAUSE UNKNOWN.  8130-3 FORM INFO FROM TCM W.O. DS10-28913.
