BLEED AIR DUCT FAIL LIGHT - FOUND BROKEN T-BOLT WHICH CAUSED CLAMP TO FALL OFF OF DUCT.  CLAMP WAS OVERTORQUED.  (BEECHJET 400T - COMMERCIAL COUNTERPART BEECHJET 400A).
