IN-FLIGHT RPM DECREASED TO 99 PERCENT.  WHEN GOVERNOR INCREASE BUTTON WAS PUSHED, RPM DECREASED TO 96 PERCENT.  PRIOR TO LANDING, RPM DECREASED TO 90 PERCENT.
