## Discrepancy

LEFT MAIN SPAR WEB UPPER ANGLE CRACKED AT RIVIT HOLES.  THIS AREA APPEARS TO BE WEAK BY DESIGN.  INBOARD AND OUTBOARD PORTION OF SPAR REINFORCED WITH EXTRUDED ANGLE.  THIS PLUS OR MINUS 24 INCH SECTION NOT REINFORCED.
