## Discrepancy

FOUND ONE-HALF OF WASHER IN OIL SUMP DURING OIL CHANGE.  INSPECTED ENGINE ACCESSORIES AND FOUND THE WASHER WAS MISSING FROM THE FUEL PUMP LIFT SHAFT.
