## Discrepancy

FLAP ACTUATOR BRACKET CRACKED AT OPPOSITE END ACTUATOR ATTACHED TO.  RIVETS SHEARED ALSO.  SUBMITTER STATED THIS IS THE SECOND FOUND LIKE THIS WITHIN A 2-MONTH TIME FRAME.  BOTH AIRCRAFT HAVE SIMILAR TIMES.
