## Discrepancy

FLAPS WERE INOPERATIVE.  MOTOR WINDINGS COOKED (BRUSHES WORN).  REPLACED FLAP MOTOR AND GEARBOX AS AN ASSEMBLY.  VERIFIED RIGGING OK.  MOTOR INOPERATIVE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR.
