## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF OUT OF CMH, RT ENGINE PROPELLER GOVERNOR LINE BROKE AT FLARE, PROPELLER FEATHERED, AND ENGINE SHUT DOWN.  RETURNED TO CMH.  REMOVED AND REPLACED UNFEATHERING LINE.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
