AFTER HAVING BEEN ALERTED TO THE POSSIBILITY BY PUBLISHED REPORTS, INSPECTED LOWER RUDDER PIVOT BEARING SUPPORT PLATE AND FOUND IT TO HAVE BEEN INSTALLED UPSIDE DOWN.  RECORDS INDICATE THIS IS THE ORIGINAL FACTORY INSTALLATION.
