FOUND MAGNETO SEPARATED FROM ENGINE.  HOLD DOWN BLOCKS WORE FLANGE DOWN.  NEW LOCKING HARDWARE WAS INSTALLED PREVIOUSLY.  SUBMITTER STATED THIS HAS BEEN FOUND ON 3 OTHER INSTALLATIONS OVER PAST 2 YEARS.
