## Discrepancy

ON FIRST START-UP, DISPLAY WAS NOT CLEAR.  WOULD NOT CHANGE FROM STRIKE MODE TO CELL MODE.  COMPLETE FAILURE IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR'S TIME SINCE NEW.
