## Discrepancy

OIL FILLER TUBE SUPPORT BRACKET FOUND BROKEN AT 90 DEGREE BEND DURING ACCEPTANCE INSPECTION.  SUBMITTER STATED THIS IS THE SECOND ONE FOUND BROKEN DURING AN ACCEPTANCE INSPECTION OF SIMILAR AIRCRAFT.  PART REPLACED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
