## Discrepancy

RECEIVED ENGINE FROM VAN BORTEL AIR POWER, LYC FACTORY OVERHAUL.  INSTALLED ENGINE IN HELICOPTER.  ON GROUND RUN, NO ENGINE RPM INDICATION.  REMOVED RIGHT (ENGINE SIDE) MAGNETO.  FOUND TACH POINTS ASSEMBLED WRONG.
