## Discrepancy

FLOW DIVIDER STUCK AND WOULD NOT FULLY OPEN.  THIS HAPPENED ON TAKEOFF WHICH RESULTED IN A 1,000 RPM LOSS FOR ABOUT 3-4 SECONDS.
