ALTERNATOR WAS INSTALLED ON THE AIRCRAFT WITHOUT REMOVING THE COOLING FAN FROM THE ALTERNATOR PER THE ENSTROM MM. FAN THREW A BLADE WHICH PUNCTURED THE OIL COOLER CAUSING LOSS OF ENGINE OIL.
