## Discrepancy

UPPER RIGHT AILERON PULLEY BRACKET BROKEN IN-FLIGHT ABOUT 2 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF.  AIRPLANE WAS FLOWN RUDDER ONLY BACK TO AIRPORT.  NO DAMAGE OR INJURIES.
