THE BLADE WAS FOUND TO HAVE CORROSION BELOW THE PITCH LINE IN THE THREADS.  SUBMITTER STATED THIS MAY HAVE BEEN PREVENTED IF THE RECOMMENED TBO'S WERE FOLLOWED.
