## Discrepancy

PART FAILED DURING NORMAL SERVICE DUE TO EPOXY REPAIR FAILURE.  EPOXY FAILURE IS COMMON IN OIL COOLERS THAT HAVE BEEN REPAIRED USING EPOXY.
