## Discrepancy

THREE EACH CRACKS DISCOVERED ON LEFT AND RIGHT SIDES OF FORK ASSEMBLY APPROXIMATELY 3 HOURS AFTER NEW INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED.  CRACKING WAS VERIFIED BY DIE PENETRANT INSPECTION.
