## Discrepancy

ADJUSTMENT SCREW SHEARED IN 2 PIECES, NOTED UPON VISUAL INSPECTION.  AIRCRAFT ARRIVED AT TEB WEDNESDAY EVENING 7-28-99.  UPON LANDING, LEFT BRAKES DID NOT WORK AND AIRCRAFT WENT OFF RUNWAY INTO GRASS.
