## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT MADE AN OFF-AIRPORT LANDING DUE TO LOSS OF POWER.  ENGINE WAS DISASSEMBLED.  THE SNAP RING THAT HOLDS NR 1 CYLINDER EXHAUST ROCKER ARM WAS BROKEN ALLOWING THE ROCKER ARM TO COME OFF OF THE SHAFT.
